    Default Zyflamend and Fibromialgia

A friend of mine told me about this supplement that her DH is taking for his back issues. She said it work so good she did more research on it and found some great info and passed it on to me. She said Dr. Weil highly recommends it. This past weekend I was having a pretty major FM flare up and started taking the Zyflamend. This stuff is awesome! It's an herbal COX-2 inhibitor and it works for most types of pain including arthritis and any pain with inflamation.

    Anyone else taking it? Results?

Oh! And they have a PM formula! I'm trying it tonight! So far not over whelming, just feeling very relaxed.

Denise, I have been using it for a couple of years for my arthritis in my knees. I quit using it for a few days, because it is kindof pricey, and quickly found myself back at the healthfood store. It really has helped me, and I like the fact that it is all natural ingredients. I actually heard about it thru an article Dr Weil wrote for Prevention a few years back. Glad it works for you! Bobbi

Hey Bobbi! How the heck are ya girrrrrl!

Check out www.iherb.com 20 buck per bottle instead of almost 30. Sometimes they have free shipping deals. That's when I stock up.

Wow, I love to hear the positive feedback from these products. I've got a couple of friends who I bet could benefit significantly from this.

Hi, Niecy! I am doing much better now! My local HFS does discount it to about $50 for a bottle of 120, which is a 2 month supply. It is really good stuff. I'll have to check out iherbs-always looking for a good deal! Bobbi

You've tweaked my curiosity. Not sure what my pain is all about. Still avoiding the testing, but if it helps with inflammation, it's probably good for endo pain also. I'll see if I can locate any.

thanks for always sharing such great info.

I LOVE the PM formula! With others I wake up like I'm hung over in the morning. I hate that! With this I feel like I had a great nights sleep!
I don't need to take it everyday, I did in the beginning. I took it for about 7-8 days straight. I think it depends on if I'm getting a flare up or not. During the day I took the regular formula and at night took the PM.
As with any herbs, you do want to give your body time off. I've read that some people take it everyday.

Nora, this is for ANY inflamation.

Oh and one side effect: infalmation can cause bloating and water retention, I noticed.....well.....I had to pee a lot! [:I]

This stuff sounds great. Does anyone know about any contrindications with Rx drugs? MY mom would probably benefit from this but she takes, synthroid and a blood thinner (not sure which one) and BP medicine and not sure hwat else.

    Any ideas???

    Terry
