    How to Report Your Workouts

    There will be one thread per week that will strictly be for reporting a completed workout. Post only your workouts on this thread. If you have a question or would like a kick in the hiney, please start a new thread.

    Please check in and let us know what workouts you did and when. You can post all three for the week at once or post them each time you do them - whichever works best for you. Just be sure to post on the correct week's thread. Remember that our "weeks" run Wednesday through Tuesday.

    You don't need to post when you miss a workout. We are about positives - learn from the past; don't live in it. Additional workouts beyond the three you committed to are at your discretion and need not be posted.

    Continuing my 10 day Boot Camp[][8D]

    Day 3 - Houston's weekly class w/ Kirsten
    Day 4 - T-Tapp Tempo
    Day 5 - Hit the Floor HARDER[}]
    Day 6 - Step it to the Max
    Day 7 - First half Tempo Arms - Lost power didn't get restored until 9:00 pm - will finish other half on Monday night
    Day 8 - Torso workout w/Kirsten - finished 2nd half of Tempo Arms
    Day 9 - Houston's weekly class w/Kirsten
