Has anyone out there read this one? Also, prior book "Hold it! You're exercising wrong"? Has four body types, cone, ruler, spoon and hourglass. I am supposed to do lots of cardio ...jump rope, jumping jacks, etc. It also says hourglasses tend to bulk easily with resistance training.<img src=icon_smile_question.gif border=0 align=middle>
