    Default Oprah show question

[?] I heard that Oprah had a show about colons. She had on this guy that had written a book and had pictures of nasty colons. It supposly debunked certain opinions regarding colon care. Did anyone see the show? What was the name of the book? What did you think of it? Thanks so much for any help!

I'm not sure but it might have been Dr. Mehmet Oz. I know they did a show about poop once that was very entertaining.

    Yup, it was, Dr. Oz.

There are book links at the bottom of the page, but I remember there were two books he talked about, maybe a co-author on them both. The older one sounded most interesting. Probably search Amazon for them.

I saw part of the show, naturalgirl. The main recommendation the doctor had was to drink water and eat fruits and vegetables. That, he said, is the best way to keep the digestive system in order. They followed two people who had bad diets, ate lots of junk food, and had terrible elimination problems. He said that their bodies were crying out for water, fruits, and veggies.
