I am wondering where I can find information on God Made/Man Made diet. Is there a book or indepth discription of the program? I am notoriously horrible in following any kind of conventional "diet". As a matter of fact, the minute I think I am on a diet, I want to binge. I am very active mom of two kids, have two dogs that I walk regularly, workout 6 days a week and I need to eat!!! No 1200 or 1500 calorie diets for me, thanks!!!! I also can't follow any program that eliminates a food group. lol I could never be a vegeteran, but nor could I be a low carber. I think all the food groups are here for a reason and I like them all.
