Do I have to keep reporting my workouts if....
...I just started today my 4 Weeks 15mins. Challenge?
I supposed to start on Monday and I got sick[xx(], when I rarely get sick. Yesterday I felt weak[|)], so today I did two days of workout
. I said I was going to do this, I scheduled it and I will started AND complete it[^].
So back to my [?]...do I keep posting my workouts? Thanks in advance for your help.

No one has answered my [?]
The, does this means once I am doing something else than the committed three, I do not report here anymore until I get back to the committed three? I really want to know. Thanks in advance.

Awaken-
Been out of town so could not answer your question until now.
You can keep reporting if you'd like to for the accountability. It's entirely up to you. There's no reason you can't do both.

THANKS!\0/yeah....
Since I joined your group I have been more consistent with my workouts. I once thought I could be on my own but had to admit otherwise. This group is realllllllllllly great and as weird as it sounds,...I need the accountability,... in spite of the distance. Thanks a lot
.
