    Default Hip/back placement during Ladybugs

I have a hard time figuring out if my lower back is supposed to be on the ground when I'm doing the actual exercise (not the stretch). To get my leg to the side, I have to roll partially onto my side, keeping shoulders and arms on the ground. I just don't know if my entire back is to be glued to the floor--if that's even possible? Can someone help me out here?

    Thanks!

Just the shoulders glued to the floor at that point. The hip is going to come off the floor as you bring the leg as far to the other side as you can, but keep the tush tucked!

I was just about to ask this too. Thanks Kirsten.
