There's been a lot of discussion about our blood types and our body types. Both seem to affect how we gain/lose weight and how we should exercise.

I'm wondering if there is any connection between the two. Are people with the same blood type likely to have similar body type? Does anyone know the answer to this? Why don't we take a little poll and see what comes up.

I'm O+ and I'm pretty sure my body type is ST/LL (might be a combo).
