Default Needing accountability....weight loss check in #8

I just completed Ttapp to Tempo!!! Shew!

Off to brush and shower. I've been trying to brush more often again too.

Eating has been good although the scale was up a bit this morning....I'm cutting back on my Tee and going to increase water today since it isn't as rainy and cool as yesterday.

Chris - I just thought....I don't BLAME your dh for going into the candy store 4 times! I've heard how GREAT the candy is there in Helen! My mom lives near us and she used to get my boys every other weekend but now she is living her own life and one I don't want my boys exposed to right now. Yea on your exercise!!!

Marie - Yea on the scale moving down!!! PTL!!!!

Bren - keep up updated about the court thing...I hope your dh comes through for you.

Pen- What does PTL stand for? I found that I was drinking too much water, so cut back some yesterday and felt better. Good job on your wo girl!

Chris- Yes, the trampoline is lympathic and very good for you. TRIO is PBS, TTT, and HD's. It's nice for me to do on my off days so I feel like I am still doing something, but not too much. I hear you about not knowing what food plan to do...it took me some time to find the one that works for me and I am still tweaking it. For me, it is a lot of trial and error. Praying you will get the answers too!

    Hugs,
    Marie

Oh, okay, thanks for that. I was drinking over 100ozs/day, now I am trying to get closer to 60 (but I know that I am going over that- probably 70-80). I keep trying to cut it down.

    Hugs,
    Marie

Pen - It was the Hansel and Gretel Candy store. The smells in there were unbelievable! [}] DH paid $8 for 1/2 pound of turtles. It BETTER have been good, lol!

Marie - I may look into adding the TRIO. Are you doing a specific eating plan or "your own thing"? What about the too much water thing? I've been drinking about 120+ oz per day for the last couple of weeks.

    Hi Everyone!

Bren - I am sorry the people at court treated you so rude today. Your DH is the one who should be attending traffic school. I'll be praying for you!

Pen - Great job on your workout. Just keep eating healthy and working out and scale will continue to go down.

Marie - I am glad that the weight is gone!!! You are still doing well with your workouts. Did you visit the doctor yet? Test results?

Chris - You will find the right eating plan for you in time. I am a San Francisco Bay Area native. It is very expensive to live here (housing, food, gasoline...the prices are generally higher here than other areas). San Francisco is a beautiful city and if you have the opportunity to visit...go for it!

I worked out this morning to More. I have been eating homemade taco soup and salads since its been so cold here. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow regarding my sprained ankle.

    Take care,
    Lillian

    Hey everyone...

I'm going to stick with PBS today. Today is the crazy day in my schedule so we'll be going to piano lessons soon.

    Thanks for the encouragement, Lil.

WOW, Marie! I shoot for half my body weight in oz but I don't meet it.

Mornin all! I did Tempo Arms this morning and brushed. My ankle is really bothering me (especially in these MT's), so I might just wear my Skechers to work tom. I'll be back later to chat.

    Hugs,
    Marie

Lil, how is your ankle feeling?

Good Morning everyone! Thanks for the encouragement!

I got up at 5:15 this morning and did BR, showered, brushed and had my smoothie and feel MUCH better but I am still a little down this morning.

Another thing that made yesterday so bad was (and I said I was the first one, I was the first one who wasn't pleading not guilty) There were people who got up who admitted to doing wrong but just not as wrong as the officer said and they thought they could get off! The judge was nice to them and almost compassionate and I sat there thinking.....oh this isn't going to be as bad as I thought...he's actually nice. Then WHAM!! Everything changed!

But anyway....Thank God that part is done. I blew it last night on eating too! My ds bb party was last night at a pizza place that I have never been too. I just assumed they had salads......and didn't. So to keep from passing out (because I was so upset yesterday I didn't even eat lunch) I ate 3 small pieces of cheese pizza. Okay---damage done---at that point it was out of my control--THEN went to Dariy Queen and got a Moolatte which was totally in my control. [V][V][V]. Came home and did 2 sets of HD. Hope that helped some.

But today is a new day and even though it is rainy and dark I will choose to be healthy!

Marie--what made you decide you were drinking too much water? Is that over half you weight in oz? Hope your ankle gets better!

Lil-- I thought your appointment was today! I'm sorry you are still dealing with that. I hoped it would have been better by now! But you are doing good to do what you can and not give up on your wo.

Chris--You will find the eating plan that works for you. As a matter of fact I don't even have mine fine tuned yet. But that will be my focus in the next few days.

Pen--I get the sense that you are good at time management. Even though your day is busy you will make the most of it and get things done. And you know that PBS is better than not doing anything!

You ladies have a wonderful day! My Tee is done brewing and I am off to start school with my boys. YEAH!!!
