Pen- EEEKkk about the iron, but glad that everything turned out okay and your house was still there when you got home. That is scary. Glad God was watching over you. I think you did the best you could with your circumstances (with eating). Isn't it nice to be home so you can get right back on track.

I did PBS, DD (POP), and Broom this morning (and brushed). I ate a healthy bkft- egg, yogurt, oatbran, flaxseed, and coconut oil. Hope you all have a good day.

    hugs,
    Marie

    Hi all!

Pen---So glad you had a great time! How wonderful to be able to get away like that! I know how somthing like thinking you left the iron can put a damper on your weekend!! I have done things like that many times and it gives you a sick feeling....only to come home to find that everything is okay! Which is good but wishing it hadn't interefed with the plans. I'm glad God gave you a peace so you could enjoy yourself. This is silly but if we're going to be gone I go through the house and say out loud..okay, ovens are off, iron is put away...ect. so I will have that mental check list.

I over slept so I did PBS and 2 sets of HD. drank my smoothie, and Tee. I will do BWO+ during our study break.

Lunch will be salad and I have a roast out for supper with spaghetti squash, twice bake pot (half) and a small salad.

    Marie--you are doing excellent!!

Louise, Lizzy Joy how are you doing?

    Have a great day!

Ohhh...Bren, your dinner sounds delicious. I tried having angus beef tips for lunch, but I broiled them too long and they were too chewy....ewwwww. Makes me not want to have beef again soon (and I don't eat beef that much anyways). Oh well, now I know. Hope you are all having a good day.

    Hugs,
    Marie

Hey everyone! I'm not feeling well today...I've got something going on with my sinuses today...I started with that tickly throat yesterday morning and it went away, then started back last night...I feel yuck today plus TOM is here....2 days early. I'm taking some herbal stuff to hopefully kick this bug out before it gets too bad. I did do BWO without the plus today though and bought some groceries. We didn't have anything here to eat so I had to get some things.

Eating is going well so far today...so much easier when you have mostly good things to choose from.

Hey Pen--I hope you start feeling better. What a bummer to come back from a nice weekend and get sick. If you can tolerate it, eat raw garlic 3-4 times a day. I put it a cracker with a little hummus or cream cheese. Also you might want to try drinking [u]hot</u> water at night. It's posted on Detoxing Free or something like that. I can't find it. It was said that it helped others get over colds.

I think I am going to do Ginger's 10 day challenge. Maybe that will really boost me again.

I hope eveyone has a great day.

Alright Bren (for the 10 day challenge)...come on, join us...it will be fun! Plus we will get tighter and smaller- that works for me!

Pen- I am trying to do the hot water throughout the day for detox and I did notice more junk coming out, so it did help me.

    Okay, off to a meeting.

    Hugs,
    Marie

Hi Everyone! I'm glad you had a great time Pen. I know about worrying about the iron or stove being left on when there is nothing to worry about. I 'm glad God gave you some peace.

I have been doing well with my eating. Saturday night was a sit down dinner birthday party and I only ate the meat and vegetables and a couple of small bites of rice. I did More this morning.

I have been eating chicken w/ salad or wilted spinach. This morning I had one egg with egg yolks, turkey breast and a slice of Ezekiel bread. I have been avoiding the junk food people bring in at work.

    Take care,
    Lillian

I assume I'll get my test results some time this week.

    Take care,
    Lillian

    Lillian,

Glad to hear that you are doing well! I'm anxious to hear your lab results. Good job on eating healthy and getting your wo's in.

I did Tempo Torso and Ginger's 10 day challenge, along with brushing and healthy bkft (protein powder, yogurt, oatbran, flaxseed, and coconut oil).

    hugs,
    Marie
