    Default Fat Fallacy question...

Does the Fat Fallacy author also recommend NOT snacking and just sticking to 3 meals a day? Thanks and sorry for all of the questions!!

The Fat Fallacy talks about how the French eat. They don't eat all day(basically snacking. They eat real foods taking small bite and eating slowly(good for digestion). At every meal they eat two or more coarses. They use small dishes so as not to overeat. Since they are eating real food they are not hungry in between meals. It is a good read.

Yes, there is no snacking with FAT FALLACY. The author also talks about avoiding fake foods, particularly high fructose corn syrup -- and Teresa Tapp says we should avoid it, too.

Since I've been following these principles, I've never eaten such good food -- with no guilt, and (thanks to the t-tapp, too,) I'm thinning down and firming up.

Just to chime in on the high fructose corn syrup...there is a school of thought that the high fructose corn syrup is responsible for the obesity and hence diabetes epidemic in this country. Dr George Bray has published alot in the medical literature on this...very interesting!
