I did a 12 day boot camp, took a day off and measured. I lost 7.5 inches! I think that is amazing, because while doing the bootcamp I was fighting a cold, and despite my best intentions I ate really badly the whole time. I love T-tapp! I'm excited because I know I can improve my form and eat better, imagine how well I 'll do then. I'm also taking the alfalfa, taking the Osteo Nerve supplement, taking Body Balance, (which I love) and drinking 75 oz of water a day, plus I gave up diet soda after reading Teresa's article. Those changes alone have made a big difference in how I feel. And DH has already noticed a difference in my waist - yay!
Would it be counterproductive to start a new bootcamp 3 days after the first one ended? I'm so excited I'm ready to do another one!
Good luck to all the newbies (like me). Don't get discouraged, cause this really works.
