I fell asleep before the game was over. It was 1-0 when I fell asleep!

    Guess you guys swept us!

Oh well, all the games were so close - I just wish we could have won one of them. We were so hot in the playoffs, hit the world series and it was like someone threw ice water on our batting. Guess that's why they call it a game!

There you go, Jenny! My DH refused to watch the game last night, he gets too into in and forgets the "game" part!! So we had a happy evening anyway.

Sorry Niecy, didn't mean to turn your thread into a boohoo thread![]

That's okay, my DH was rooting for Houston. (traiter!) [][][]
He didn't really watch the last game either. I was talking on the phone with Courtney and about the 7th inning he just went upstairs and went to bed!

I have to admit that I did feel bad that the Astro's didn't win one of the games. I know they worked hard to get to the world series and then to have every game so close and to not win one, would be so hard to see as a fan and even worse if you were one of the players.

I think because both teams were so awesome and the games so close, it made it all the more exciting to watch.

I haven't watched baseball in years, but I really enjoyed the games.

Sorry the Astros didn't win any, but very exciting for Chicago!
