    Default wart removal methods??

Hi, everyone. I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good method to get rid of warts? I have one on my right pinky that i've had for almost a year, and now it seems to be getting bigger and it hurts I bought some compound W wart removal pads but I don't know if they really help. Anyone have any remedies? Thanks alot!

Kombucha is supposed to get rid of them too.

Yep..I have a remedy that really works! It worked for me 30 years ago and has worked for others too Even kids with warts all over their hands.

Find some masking tape and wrap it around the wart. Tightly, but not so that the blood flow cuts off Leave it on for 2 weeks. You want to cut off any air to the wart. The masking tape will get ugly looking and funny looking but leave it on anyway! If it falls off in the shower...immediately put another one on!

What will happen is the wart will be cut off from its oxygen supply, it will "grow" into your system..your body will create antiboties for it and "cure" it..and no more warts!

It works even if you have tons of warts, all you need to do is cover up one wart

Homeopathy works too! My DH had some really big ones on his thumb, they just kept multiplying. The doc had him on causticum, and then later added sepia. They shrunk really slowly at first. Then he just got tired of taking the med, and quit, and they just started shrinking really fast. They are now almost completely gone.

Well my 16 year old son had one near his elbow. It was quite large and we kept talking about taking him in and having it removed. I've heard they are caused by a lack in certain vitamins and minerals. We heard he should take Vit. E and so he has been, but he is a terrible eater.

In any case, he was playing in one of those huge blow up, bouncy things and riped it off in the netting on the walls. [xx(] It bled like crazy, but now it's gone. [:0]

Just in case you have a blow up, bouncy thing handy.

    Hi Millie,

This may sound weird but... The science teacher my kids had is brilliant but kind of a nut... he recommended duct tape and demonstrated with a wart on his finger. It worked amazingly.

I had plantars warts all over the bottom of my feet and was deparate to find something other than the dr freezing them off... tried the duct tape and within 2 weeks the were gone and have never come back. The virus cannot breathe through the duct tape and gets soggy and will actually be attached to the duct tape when you remove it.

And NO pain - thanks to our weird but wonderful science teacher. Hope that helps. Oh, you need to leave it on for about a week. If not completely gone... let the area air out and re-apply new tape. Continue until the wart is completely gone.

And to think that when I married my DH he told me that duct tapes works for EVERYTHING and I didn't believe him : )

    Blessings,
    Kim

When I first started using my progesterone cream I had a plantar wart on my big toe. I had tried duct tape, home freezing, and Compound W without success. I started applying my progesterone cream to my wart twice a day because Dr. Lee mentioned in one of his books something about progesterone promoting healing. After a couple of weeks I noticed that my wart was gone! Maybe it was a coincidence, but if you already use progesterone cream, maybe it might help.
