    Default After CRT....oil or cream?

Since brushing seems to be doing wonders for me, was curious what y´all put on afterwards....do you put on oil? Cream? I brush, shower, then seems like cream would be best, but maybe there´s something that TTapp suggests as best....anyone know?

Hi! I keep my brush in the bathroom and since I brush just before stepping into the shower. It makes it very convenient. I don't use anything at all after brushing. I just don't have the need for it. My skin is neither oily or dry. It's just fine so I don't feel any need to add anything to it if it's healthy and in good shape. I used to work in a pharmacy where we filled lots of prescriptions for creams and ointments and my pharmacist told me that the ointments (which are oil based) are not as well absorbed by the skin as creams and lotions.

Somewhere, Teresa mentioned Fruit of the Earth brand Aloe Vera gel, can't remember now where I saw it, but that's what I use. Brush, shower, then slather on the gel!

I brush, shower, and then use the aloe. To kick it up a notch and help my preggo belly stretch I add a drop or two of the Skin Saver Solution to my aloe.

    FOTE aloe.

    FOTE aloe.

    FOTE aloe.

    FOTE aloe.

'nuff said. Even if you don't feel as if your skin needs it, it feeds your skin as the alfalfa does.

    Marbella-

Since you are in Spain, you may not be able to find Fruit of the Earth brand aloe. What you want to look for is 100% aloe. No colors or additives - it should be clear. If you like you could add some almond, jojoba or olive oil for extra moisture.

FOTE + Emu oil or Fanie International Protein cream + 1-3 drops e/o lavendar is my staple. Or just sunscreen from Skin Biology w/copper peptides.
