Have used this for several years and can really tell the difference in my skin - softer, smoother & dryness mostly gone (and at 58 y/o that is a miracle i itself) Highly recommend this!

Michelle thanks for the link. I just forgot about it and checked on it this morning. Can it help with weightloss? Thats what it says. I have tried the flax oil capsules but then the office said nope you need the other omega's if your O blood. I really will definitely give it a try. Also I have an autistic son and I was reading the other post about it being good for children with ADD,autistic etc. He eats so terrible just so dang finicky. I am lucky he loves pizza though lol! Take care

I just got my Udo's yesterday. Boy is it helping me with not feeling real hungry and getting more full on smaller amounts of food. I was looking at some of the links for other brands of this type of oil. The don's one about eating 6 x a day. That is exactly how I felt all day today small meals and raw foods like veggies was all I wanted along with lean proteins. How can I find the book? Is it on the same site as the oil? I like this.

As you might have seen from the discussion on the nutrition forum, I highly recommend Don's oil. You can find it and his book(s) on his website www.donlemmon.com. I feel awesome eating this way, and I do believe the oil really helps with cravings. Now i find I want to eat protein much more often than carbs!

Thanks you guys for getting back to me. Yes I did find the links after I posted This oil is awesome. You are so right Lindsey I crave alot more protein and just feel like grazing my foods since starting this oil. No big meals it seems I do not want. Smaller portions and just smaller meals in general. I also lost about 2.5 pds. Better eating sure helps and I feel more alert. Can't wait to see what happens with my son. I think i posted he is autistic and I seen some earlier threads about it helping ADD and such. He don't like the taste but I am lucky that he will take it. Thanks for the links Michelle and Lindsey [8D].

do you own the book Lindsey? If it is all I have heard I am ordering it.
