    Summing up for weekend.

    Friday, I took it off after the 4 day bc of Tempo, which I actually had to complete exercising outside after dark because it was so hot in my house.

    Saturday, I did a clinic with Kyrsten (I think that's how you spell it) WHoa! It was great! Learned so much about what I'm doing wrong. Looking forward to tapping more.

    Sunday - off, could barley walk after Saturday...

    Monday - BWO+, arms sequence,oip, al,in-outs and more floor work... but really concentrating on form this morning, it took me much longer.

    Carol-
    did some camping this weekend...did not workout Friday
    SAt took two long walks/hikes. Sunday hike and paddleboating...no workout so far today, but planning on one later this evening.
