Default Anyone dropped 4 dress sizes?

Hi, Has anyone actually dropped 4 dress sizes. I see a lot of size 10 wanting to be a size 2. But, in my world.....[:I]

I completed the 14 day boot camp and 1 week of EOD. What kind of time frame is realistic for size loss? 3 months, 2 years?? I can wait - just curious.

I hope there are others with a lot to lose on this forum - maybe we should start our own topic?!?

    Thanks, Joan

    Hi Ya!!!!!!!!

    Welcome!!!!!!

If you look on the main page there are alot of success stories and several have went from like 14s to 6-4s. But when it comes to time frame it all depends on you and your body.

HugS!!!!!!!!!! and have lots of Fun!!!!!!!!!!!

Once apon a time a girl was born as happy as can be. But with time she would look in the mirror and say," Who's that? It can't be me!" For in her minds eye she was strong, healthy, and could do anything. "So you see that girl in the reflecting glass could NOT be me." But at last she know it was true, so she set out on a great quest. With T-Tapp, health food, and a new sence of herself by her side, she traveled the unbeaten path. And with every curve she knew, with all her heart and soul, that one day (maybe soon) she would look in the mirror and say, "I was never lost, but now I'm found. And I'm HAPPY with who I am now and with who I was because if I wasn't that way I wouldn't be where I am today." And with that she keeps on walking with a smile in her heart and an open soul, knowing that when she comes to that mirror she has total faith in what will unfold. ---- The story of my life

Well, I've lost 3 sizes and am on my way to a 4th being gone. [8D]

If you'll look back at your paperwork, the goal I believe is about a dress size a month. That works for some but not for others. Others have dropped a couple right away, but takes longer the closer they are to their goal. And everyone is different. Different ways of eating, blood types, body types, heredity, workout schedules, etc. So one really can't predict exactly when it will happen, but a month per size is a pretty decent estimate.

Keep up with your EOD....you're doing just fine.

    THANKS GINGER!

It is nice to know this is REALLY possible. I feel great doing T-Tapp and each day I think I am improving. I did learn this week that for me if I really push my thumb into my back on the balancing exercises, it really keeps my butt tucked. In the beginning I was more concerned with getting my foot as high as Teresa - then I heard how truly flexible she is and now this is just another goal.[] Otherwise, I was swaying my back with every move and - not only not being effective - my back hurt. Yeah for form!!

And Joan......unless you're a LT like T you'll not be able to lift like that anyway. LOL As a ST, I can't get my leg up that far at all without losing my tuck (on balance, for example), but I know that it's more important for me to keep that tuck and keep the toe pigeoned than to try and lift as high as she can.

I can lift that high.......but with no tuck, 'tis totally useless.

Keep up the good work, chica!
