Way to go Elizabeth and Jill, 9 inches, and even in a cast!!!
AnaLee 11 inches, you go girl.
Maria, 17 inches, woo hoo.
Charity, OM Gosh 34.75 inches, you are awesome!
I'll log in with a 20 inch loss. Doing nothing but t-tapp with life getting in the way and a trip to NYC in between as well!
Ladies, you are all so right, we're all winners, no matter how much or how little we've lost. We haven't even discussed all the health benefits from consistant workouts. I know it's certainly helped my hormonal hell iin check! My DH is sure happy [}

Wow-everyone has done a great job. Isn't it wonderful to see how T-Tapp really works. I lost absolutely no weight, stayed on GM/MM for the most part and still lost 19 inches. Since 1/30 which is when my own contest started, I've lost 28.75 inches to date.
Now we just have to continue to stay focused and keep on keeping on as they say!
Congrats to all [8D][:I][

Ladies, those inch losses are awesome!
I'm just in the average to lose category, so I can't report anything as spectacular, but I lost 5.75 inches. Two of those inches were off my waist! [:0] For a short torso combo gal, I'm totally pysched.
I never dieted and I never lost weight. I may try to do MM/GM and see what happens.
This contest has really been fun and I've enjoyed reading about everyone's struggles and successes!
Blessings,
Lisa

Oh. My. G*d.
INCREDIBLE!
I hope Ms. T. still has room in the book - there are so many inspirational stories yet to be told. Way to go, everyone!

[Editing to add my inch loss - it was written down upstairs and the computer is downstairs and I figured today is a day off
- anyway, 21.25". I was in More to Lose, and I have a lot More where that came from, but I am pleased as punch.
Also, this doesn't count for the contest, but I must have still been bloated yesterday from TOM, today I double-checked and I'm down an additional 1/2" on the waist. Whoop-whoop! Unofficially, that's a total of 21.75"!!
And that's only from Tapping - no other exercise, and no diet.]

I'm floored - 34 inches, 20 inches, 28 inches - they're all amazing! Isn't this great!
For all those that have answered that's 105.5 inches we've lost collectively! This is jaw-dropping amazing! Great job everyone!

You guys have all done a terrific job!!!
Can you believe I forgot on Monday? I have faithfully (except last week on vacation) followed for the contest. Then, I got home from work and said to DH, we need to take pictures... and NEVER DID!!!
I was so angry when I realized mid-day yesterday.
I didn't do as well as I had hoped. Only 3 inches. I am a WICKED slow looser [V] and it is most frustrating.

Holy Cow Ladies!!!!!!!!!!!
Everyone did awesome!!!!!!!!!

I lost 14.5" I'm very happy with the results I got off track a couple times and was worried I wouldn't lose. I got into the cookies and chocolate a couple times. My typical stress related eating. You've gotta love T-Tapp!
How long were your essays? Mine got a bit long, I just couldn't seem to stop.
Have a fabulous day!

Ah, yes, the essay. I had that trouble myself. I should have allowed more time for writing - or rather, editing. But I figured if Teresa & Kitty, et. al., need any of the info they can edit later, but who knows what is important to them? At least I didn't leave much out.

Amy - just saw your post now - if you were working consistently for three months then you did some amazing things for your body - never mind what you "lost", what you gained is infinitely more valuable. And really, it's much easier when you see the numbers on that tape going down. For sticking with it even when you were frustrated you are a hero! [^] GOOD FOR YOU!
