    Default triceps - yowza!

    Hey folks,
Day 7 of my 1st bootcamp! I've been doing B/R the past 2 days instead of bwo+/Inst.2 and wow are my triceps sore! I never would have thought to work triceps in the manner that Teresa does. Has she created most of the moves she uses or does she find them via research? I've never worked triceps that way and they are responding! Have a great weekend!

    Keep the balance,
    Barb

Probably a bit of both, Barb. I mean, KLT is so hers, as are most of her moves, but then you can see some of them are tweaked with ttapp form (like lunges for example) to make them uber better.

Glad to see that you're lovin' it, Barb, and rock on for your first BC! You're on day 7 or 8? All gravy for you now, baby.

    Take care, and happy tapping!

    Hey Ginger,
Thanks for the info. Today was bc day 7 for me. Yesterday was a bear and today felt great. I think I pushed through some resistance point (psychologically) and maybe physically - weird... Anyway, thanks for always responding and giving tips. I know my revelations are not revelations for you vets. I appreciate you and many others on this sight for not treating the newbies like complete fools!
    Have a great weekend!

    Barb

    I so agree!

I just completed my second full B/R ( I made it through part way two days as well), and all of a sudden I have that lovely dimple below my triceps! Granted, My triceps have always responded quickly, but never in two days! I can't believe I can see the muscle through all of the flab I'm carrying around.

I am so loving Teresa righ now! I just can't wait to start seeing an impact on the rest of me.

I'm off to buy some sleeveless shirts for my vacation next week!

    Happy! Happy! Joy! Joy!

Way to go on your BC so far!!! I just completed a 4-day BC, so I commend you for doing more days than that. It is not as easy as it looks; that's for sure.

Even though I haven't had a big inch loss in the 2 1/2 months I've been doing T-Tapp, I am thrilled that my arms measure the smallest they ever have at the weight I am now. That says a lot because my arms are one of my biggest problem areas.

Looking forward to hearing about your results at the end of your BC. Good luck to you!

    Hey Sandy,
We have the same stats (size 10, shooting for a 4). I hope I get results! Day 6 I was grumpy through my whole workout, but 7 and 8 have been great[8D]! Those tricep curls make my arms shake through the whole sequence. I'm shooting for as long a bootcamp as I can handle because my body does not like to lose weight. It holds on for dear life to every inch and pound - so, shocking it seems to be the only way for me personally to get results. On the up side, I can maintain fairly easily! (I'm a combo). Enjoy your Sunday!

    Keep the balance,
    Barb
