    Default HELP! Triglycerides 380!

Recent bloodwork shows my triglyceride level back up to 380. Way above what it was last year just before my "near" heart attack. After putting in a stint last May, T level went way down. Now they're back up again. Any suggestions appreciated. TIRED OF TAKING ALL THESE "DANG" PILLS!

I always have to suggest the eating plan called Eat to Live by Dr. Fuhrman. His website is www.drfuhrman.com and his specialty is nutritional excellence. His goal is to get people healthy through nutrition and off of as many medicines as possible. If you are willing to change your eating to follow his plan, it is very powerful.

    Good luck!

Another book suggestion: "The Schwarzbein Principle" by Diana Schwarzbein, M.D. She is an endocrinologist who got her patients off drugs! Good luck to you.
