    I am a returning T-Tapper, and remember everything about getting started (again) except this: isn't there a slightly different protocol for how many days of bootcamp you do based on how many sizes you want to lose quickly? Or have I finally gone 'round the bend? I think I remember that if you were looking to lose 1 size, do four days of bootcamp; 2 sizes, do 10 days and three sizes, do 14 days, but I'm not sure. Any info is greatly appreciated!

    And even those of us who wanted to lose more than 2-3 sizes are using the 4 day BC with success.........we call him Mr. 4 Day BC---jazzy little dude he is.
