New DVDs

I received my new Total workout in the mail yesterday. When I say "new", my videos are from 2001.

HOLY SMOKES BATMAN!!! I think the new B/R is more difficult then my Total Tempo video. And, what's up with the extra arm workouts?? Like my arms weren't tired enough with the original workout.

I was so impressed with her tips and really liked the workout. I am hoping to get time this weekend to view/do Instructional 1 and 2.

I'm looking forward to a new version of Tempo Total, too.

They are leaps and bounds improved over the "old" versions.

I thought all the Tempos were "new" tapes. Is there another one in the works???

Lori - I certainly have no inside information with the Tempo. I also got my Tempo in late 2001, so my comment is more of a "wish" than anything else. It doesn't include the additional arm movements and the picture in her house has changed since she did them.
