    Default GM/MM meal plan???

Hey everyone. I seem to do better with a plan that is laid out in front of me. Is there a basic GM/MM plan out there or does anyone have any ideas? I do like eggs and meat, but I love my carbs so if there is a plan in front of me and the carb isnt on it I will do much better. Thanks for your input!

Check out this link for the basics:

    www.jmdcomp.com/gmmm.htm

This is not a no-carb plan. It's a non-refined, non-processed food plan, but it's also NOT a deprivation plan. So, on GM days white rice not good, brown rice great. White bread not good, ezekiel or manna bread great, instant oatmeal not good, slow cooking oats (like the kind in red and blue Quaker Oats Canister) very good, white potato not good, sweet potato awesome, etc.

On GM days, avoid chemical calories from preservatives, artificial sweeteners, fast food, etc.

Veggies, salads, soups, fruit, meat on GM days. Save the processed gunk for MM days. Easy as pie.

Then, on your MM days you can eat the not so good carbs if you like.

    Just keep Tapping...just keep Tapping...

Have you looked at the GM/MM receipe thread? There are lots of receipes there and you can pick and choose and make your own GM day.

The link is below my name.

Real dairy is GM but processed cheese think velveeta, cheese whiz or cheese in a can is MM.
