Default what is the next best brand of alfalfa to Teresa's

    Hi Everyone

I was just wondering if there is a brand of alfalfa that is available in Canada and very much like Teresa's ... (if there is such a thing). It isn't that I don't like Teresa's brand ... in fact, I think it is wonderful but, I have a friend that needs some alfalfa asap (has breast cancer). I also want to keep taking alfalfa as well but, right now, my concern is getting my friend started on some.

Thank you for any help anyone can give.

    Smiles

    Cherub

Near as I am aware, there is no brand near the quality of Teresa's. Hopefully, a local Canuck will chime in for you.

    Thanks Kirsten

I know that Teresa's alfalfa is awesome but, I would really like to get my friend on some as soon as possible and timing is kinda important right now.

I am wondering if she ups her intake of almonds will that help keep her system alkaline enough for now does anyone know??? She was just told that her breast cancer is 'ductile' not sure if that is spelt right .. and not sure if it has gotten into the lymph nodes at this point.

If anyone has thoughts on the almonds ... please could you chime in?

    Thanks

    Cherub

    Hi Cherub...

I can only put my name on the Premium Blend of Alfalfa that I am able to purchase and I know that it is used for cancer research. Since your friend is dealing with cancer, I think it is worth overnight shipping to get her the best don't you?

Meanwhile, although raw almonds do help with alkalinity issues to offset cancer's acidic nature...they cannot do the same thing as Alfalfa which has been clinically proven as an anti-cancer nutrient.

    Hi Teresa

Thank you so much for posting. I certainly agree that getting my friend some of your alfalfa would be best. I just thought if there was something similar here we could get her on asap it would be a start.

I talked to her this morning and said 'good news' I can get you some alfalfa rather quickly. Yesterday she was quite open to the idea ... today however, a different story ... she said that how will something a cow eats help her with cancer? I had no idea what to say. I told her that it would 'really' help her ... I have no idea what to do now ... I am not sure if I should just go ahead and order`her the alfalfa (and how much) and if the office has an info. sheet on the benefits of alfalfa that could be sent along???

My friend is having a hard time right now ... and she doesn't understand how something as simple as alfalfa could help her and her body. She told her children the other day and her youngest asked point blank if she is going to die? Very difficult.

Also I was wondering if Cellfood would be a good idea at this point as well?

I think if I was maybe to make a care package for her and perhaps presented all the info to her ... she may reopen to the idea again ... maybe. I most certainly do not want to put any strain or pressure on her or bog her down with a ton of info. but, I think maybe if given all of this, she will be able to do all of this at her own speed.

I'm sure she is talking with her emotions right now. Don't even overwhelm her with details right now, just encourage her to be open-minded and not rule it out. The alfalfa, Cellfood, almonds, etc., can't harm her, unlike other cancer treatments, so she really can't lose in trying these.

    (((HUGS))) to you both

    Cherub,
I'm emailing you an article I found awhile back on the web about alfalfa's benefits. I didn't write down the source and frankly I can't remember so I won't post it here.

Also, I'd think the hot lemon water would be good for alkalizing your friend's system, though I don't know if it has specific anti-cancer benefits. I do know cancer can't live in an alkaline environment though.

Alfalfa is all natural so what does she have to lose?

    Cherub,

I just wanted to say that it is very caring and kind of you to be wanting to do this for your friend. It is a blessing to have such wonderful friends as you are to her.

I agree that she is more than likely going through a lot of different emotions right now, as she is going through this very difficult time.

    Hello Cherub,

I just sent you some information about a product called phytodefense. It will help rebuild her immune system. Dr. Arthur Furst who developed chemo also help create some of these products. When all else fail just pray and encourage your friend.

    Hi Everyone

Thank you for emailing me info., links and websites. My friend does not have email so, I am busy printing stuff off and will be giving her small doses of info. at a time so, I don't overwhelm her with everything going on.

I know that her taking some alfalfa would help her ... but, at the end of the day, I really can't and don't want to force her into something she is unsure about or doesn't want to do. I would never do that ... espically now because she is dealing with SOOOO much right now.

All I can do as a friend, is support her no matter what her decision is and hope that I can help her in some way ...

    Cherub
