    Are any of you familiar w/ this guy's books?
    Does his method work?
    Do you think it would work for other addictions, i.e. shopping?

    Hmmmm....I don't think many people have heard about it but it's huge in the UK. I emailed my step-son in London and he said he has friends who have stopped smoking immediately after reading the book. There is also a special one for women. Also, a weight loss one, but it's not available on Amazon here, just in the UK.
