I'm sorry to have disappeared for awhile. My timing has certainly been off lately. I had family for a week and then was out of the country. I'm trying to recoup this week and begin again on Friday or Saturday. I'm going to get through a BC (7 days) and begin then my 3 long and 3 short workouts. I'll begin writing in when I start. I'm hoping to be able to stay the course without too many distraction. Thanks.
