    Default PG Spray

I think I've asked this question before but can't remember the answer -I'm interested in hearing what kind of results you ladies have had with PG spray. I just started using mine (sparingly - didn't know how it would effect my mitral valve prolapse) and I am wondering what kind of results to expect. Have you noticed greater weight/inch loss or just an increased feeling of intensity during WO?

I just started using the PG spray this past January and I really like it now, although its still hard on the tastebuds first thing in the morning. I use 3-4 sprays before I start Tapping and then 3-4 between TTT and lunges. I feel like I have more stamina and I do notice that its harder to complete the whole workout (especially Maxis or Intermediate) without it.

    I'll add that I am a B+ blood type.

    Take care, Elizabeth

I forgot about the sweat factor...here I am in my office wondering if it's me, the ac or hormones...had 3 sprays on the way to work, didn't workout & i'm as hyper as if a pot of coffee & metabolife hit the fan...& my mind is snapping, my fingers tapping & i can't wait for lunch so i can go downstairs & workout in the employees facility. got that?

It's now 3:40 pm, & only now, do I notice a dip in energy after 2 sprays at 7:30 am.

I can tell it really helps me get through my workout too...and the SWEAT! SHEW!

I'm not sure if it is helping with my inch loss, but I know I don't want to be without it.

OK, so I can expect an energy boost! That's almost as good as inch loss

Man, I already sweat like I'm in a sauna during a tapping workout - I can't imagine sweating more! I'd have to workout on a pile of towels! So I know it's not for me just yet. Whew - I'm already really hot all the time. (And no, it isn't hormonal. At least, I don't think so.)

I only use my PG spray for my workouts, and it gives me great endurance. I love it.
