Default What has HF done for you?

First of all, THANK YOU CAROL~! You ROCK~!

I've been tapping faithfully for a year, but I really got into a funk this winter. You and this forum are putting me back on track~! I cannot believe the motivation this forum has given me in just a couple of weeks. If I fall off the wagon again, I know Carol will hunt me down, hehe. I gotta say I love the structure too of someone telling me what to do each week.

    How about ya'll?

HF keeps me honest about doing the workouts becuase I have made the commitment to someone other than myself. It also keeps me motivated listening to everyone's success stories.
I probably would not do as well without it.

I KNOW I wouldn't do as well without HFs....I was afraid to join this group at the first of the year, and that fear was because I knew I couldn't get away with NOT exercising if I signed up! LOL

I'm SO glad I did though....I KNEW I needed the accountability....I've tried so many times to be accountable to myself and I always fall short....maybe because I'm of the perfectionistics type, I'm not sure. But I like it because I share another bond with a lot of the ladies here.

Yep! Accountability. Without it I just think, well, tomorrow IŽll do better.
