I have just started doing HTF, and am hoping that OIP will help me get rid of my awful tummy bulge... (I've had 2 cesareans, one was 10 months ago!)

I can't deliver normally because my babies then to have very large heads (15") and they just don't fit, and my OB told me that my lesser pelvis may be too narrow anyway. So next time I have a baby I will need to deliver it by cesarean.

My question is, how long must I wait after the surgery to do OIP and HTF? I'm not pregnant yet, but was just wanting to know... just to be prepared!

And also, how long can I do HTF after I conceive? Only during the first trimester, or longer, or not at all?
