    Took 3 days off. Saturday I just flaked. Sunday I was exhausted; woke up at 3:30 in the morning with really bad cramps. Not at a point in my cycle where I should be having cramps, but that's life. Monday was a state holiday - I had to work, but had the pleasure of my wonderful husband picking me up after work. (He had the day off) We ran a bunch of errands and when we got home, I just made dinner and hung out w/him. So I met some emotional needs, if not physical ones!

    Tonight, I did MORE and about 25 min of tai chi. Off to a lavender/salt bath!
