Default Who's working out with me tomorrow (Sunday)?

That's right, Sunday - I'm ready to go.

It's been a hectic week - travel, not much sleep, unexpected tasks with business, Turbotaxing....

Yet I know that I can get so much mileage out of a single T-Tapp workout. I'm due tomorrow and would love to have company! No special challenge, no big double length workouts. Just a simple 30 minute or so go-round with the Total Workout, my usual fare, the bread and butter of T-Tapp.

    Who'll join me?

I suppose there's no chance in your Lafayette, right? LOL! When I saw your posting, I thought, "Oh, no! Is the session in March?? I thought it was in April!) Okay, I guess I'm due for a round of Tapping. I ended up fertilizing roses (with about eight ingredients, applied separately) and pulling huge weeds for about four hours. This was after I spent yesterday cleaning out my son's room (he's moved out to his first apartment). I'm sooooo sore, I can barely move, so it's time for a T-Tapp session. Actually, I'd do it right now, but I have an essay due on Monday. Did I tell that I returned to college in January to complete a B.A. in Management degree through St. Mary's College? I'll bet you're one of the few on these boards who has ever heard of the school. Anyway, the homework is a bear, and all that weed-pulling has put me desparately behind in my writing and reading....so here I am visiting the T-Tapp Forum instead of digging into the essay (**sigh**). However, tomorrow I WILL Tapp with you. Thanks for suggesting it!

    Laura,

You coed you! What a great new venture and I'm very impressed!

I love St. Mary's College - the campus in the hills is unsurpassed AND that is where I had my very first job [8)] - I worked in the cafeteria there while a high school student and St. Mary's was strictly a men's college! I remember the root beer for the beverage section was mixed on the spot with a feed from the rb syrup and fizz water simultanesously - I like going straight for the syrup [xx(] .

PLUS my dad went to flight school at St. Mary's - it's where he got his wings for WWII Navy duty as a pilot in the South Pacific. AND have you ever heard the organ play in the chapel there? Incredible!

Anyway, back to workout talk! Yes, I'm planning to come down in May but have had the dickens of a time getting in touch with the manager at our favorite spot. I'll try again this week - hoping for the weekend of May 21.

Foxxy - that BWO+ is a sure thing.

    Thanks both for joining in!

    Lani,

I am going for BWO+ today, need to do some lymphatic pumping without over doing it (I feel like I am getting sick...) Definitely will stay away from the candy today, need to keep my body strong, besides I think there is a kid or 2 (Or 6 []) who will be happy to eat the candy for me! So I guess I'll *see* you later on!

Sunday- Got up, hid the eggs, and did BW+. The egg hunters in this house are either adults(my grown children and their spouses) or my 16 year old and they are sooooo competitive. This year I also hid a dozen in plain sight for my almost two year old granddaughter. Will be working out again later after everyone leaves.

Hop like a bunny and do hoppy downs.

edit: Sometimes it takes them over an hour to find all the eggs. this Momma Rabbit can really hide the ggs. I have no mercy for the big kids.

    Good Morning Ladies
I was up at 6:15 to do my B/R. More because my (almost) 5-year old was whispering in my ear "did EB come?".
After the workout I snuck up stairs to retrieve the baskets and eggs to hide - we had to be inside this year because of the amount of snow I still have in the backyard!
    Then, brush and shower...
Then, dress the boys and breakfast. Finally, we did our Easter Egg hunt. Then we had to put together the two Lego cars the EB brought... and play for a bit.
We are off at 11 to brunch with the in-laws.
I'll probably do another set of hoe downs after I changed from my nice clothes this afternoon.
I hope everyone has a wonderful day with friends and family.

    edited for spelling mistakes

Boy you guys are up and at 'em! It's still early here on the West Coast so I'll be T-Tapping later today.

Congratulations on doing a POSitive for you and yours today with getting some purposeful movement in!

    Does the Easterbunny T-Tapp? Hmmmmm.....

No full WO for me as this is a light day with my MMMB. But I'll be joining you with the few moves that are scheduled. My DS and I have also been doing jog rocks regularly - love that extra cardio punch in just a few minutes! Am also doing the HD challenge, so will have to get in a couple extra sets.

Now we're off to help with the church Easter egg hunt. Might be a bit damp as it's raining like crazy up here in the Pacific Northwest.

OK, mission accomplished. I did 30-35 of whatever I felt like doing and it felt good!
