Need a kick in the but
After tapping pretty consistently for about 3 months...I have fallen off the wagon and have only done tempo 1 in the past two weeks-during which my legs were shaking so bad that I know I need to go back to my instructionals and take it a little slower when I finally get off my but and start again- wow long run-on sentence.
I am going to measure this morning and then when dd #1 gets on the bus and dd#2 is occupied with some toys give it a go.
Please tell me everyone hits these slumps...I think I was getting a little burned out with doing the same thing (even if it was only 3 days/week). But I do love ttap especially when I go back and look at my inch loss 13.75 inches since the end of Nov-at least it was I may have added inches during my little vacation.
