I've tried....
I was just reading the thread about weight training vs. T-Tapp. I wish I could say that I had the same results but I can't.
I have tried to make T-Tapp work for my body. I have religiously done Tapp for 5 years +. I came from doing weights and cardio to just T-Tapping. My body seems to do better with more cardio so I added that back in.
About 4 weeks ago I gave in. My body is getting mushier instead of more toned and cut. My arms look okay doing just T-Tapp but my legs just look worse. Yes, I stay the same size but I don't look as good as I did while doing more traditional workouts. Anyways, a month ago I went back to weight training and only doing the basic workout 3 times a week. I still do my cardio 3 times a week too.
Already, I see my body changing. I am getting nice cuts in my legs plus they are firming up instead of being mushy. There are more curves in my legs too. My arms also look so much better.
So why doesn't T-Tapp work for me? I have every tape and I think I have pretty good form. I even do the workout in front of a mirror to watch my form. I just don't understand. I have put years into this to try and make it work because I believed in it.
There are still many things I like to do like HD and OIP. OIP has never changed my tummy but it has helped me with a prolapsed uterus and bladder.
Sorry everyone, I don't mean to complain but I feel so frustrated at giving it my all for so long. Now I think I would have been better off all along to just stick with what I was doing.
