I have only been doing bwo+ for a month. Also, trying to GET the moves on beg/rehab.in bits and pieces.
This is the only workout i have been doing in that time.
Last night, I did a in home walking 1 mile tape that used to to leave me huffing and puffing! the arm moves really did me in.
Surprise! I didn't even break a sweat or get winded in the least!!!! I just can't believe it!!
My mom just ordered the More series. She has been experiencing bad knee problems and not exercising. I have been encouraging her to T-Tapp! She called me so excited after just watching and trying the moves in the seminar Yes You Can w/ T_TApp, she says her knee is not tight and it doesn't hurt to walk around! Can you imagine? Well, many of you can! Just wanted to share becuz there are alot of new people like me who I am sure need encouragement to keep it up!!
