to those of you that helped me when I posted about my knees hurting during lunges. I took all of your advice and found that I wasn't tucking and keeping shoulder alignment. I did the Total Workout today and when I felt my knee burning I would just re-engage the tuck and do a shoulder roll and it immediately took the pressure off my knees. Sorry for rambling, but I'm just so excited that it DOES WORK! I'm so excited to re-habilitate my knees! Yippee!!!
