Where are you guys??????
I am fine. I didn't do anything but look at pastors computer and watch a movie in the hot tub with my adorable hubby for new years eve. We went to see grandpa today. He isn't doing well but he is almost 100. We had no power when we returned home. So I am doing this before we lose it again.

Come on you guys it is day one and it takes me a half hour to type of the list. That means there are too many of you on it. Get exercsing!Tomorrow we are dissecting PBS and I will list the reasons why you need to get serious in 2005. Remember only you can do this for yourself. You deserve it. Taking 30-45 minutes a day for yourself is not only healthy for you mentally but physically when you are exercising. Think of something else you can eliminate if short on time but don't eliminate your health.
