I went to WW today, the first time in 1 month. I lost 2.4 in a month-which I was very please with. Coincidentally I started Tapping 1 month ago as well. I have not been eating plan. I haven't been eating really bad or anything but I have been picking a lot and there was Thanksgiving in there as well-I even ate 3/4 of a Pecan pie over Thanksgiving w/e.
I have lost 10 pounds since September-very slowly but I don't care because I am losing this weight for the last time.
I know that tapping is helping me gain LBM and be stronger so that I will burn more fat.
At this rate I should be looking good by spring time right?
