PBS + Hoedowns
I posted this on another thread, but I decided to see if any trainers or "really knowledgeable TTapp people: will pipe in.
What can I get from *just* doing PBS and Hoedowns?
I've been pretty sick and can't do the MORE workout like I was doing. The thought came to me that if I just do PBS and Hoedowns it might help, but I want to know HOW it can help. I do not need fat burning. I'm looking more for building coordination, muscle and endurance - something simple to help get me back on track.
