Learn to lose instead this season of abundance with Kiona in a beginner level form clinic to take yourself to the next level with your workouts! We will be going through each exercise in the T-Tapp Basic Plus Workout at a slow but steady pace with form checks and pointers throughout. Learn great form to get better and faster results from your workouts at home all year round!
