question about ttap
I decided a couple of months ago to add some jogging to my walking regime as I love to run, tho I am very overweight, I sprained my hamstring when walking my dog without a choker (big mistake) she pulled and I kept counter pulling and wham! my hamstring pulled.
I didn't baby it right away and I am suffering for it now, anyway I was able to get it better to get back into jogging as long as the steps were shorten to avoid reinjury, well I went for a long hike yesterday with some hills, and now my hamstring is hurting.
I was wondering since I will have to use my areo bike for areobic workout upper and lower body, can I still do some ttap moves to keep my muscles strong and flexible despite not being able to walk or jog for a while?
which ones should I do? is there a book I can get at the library with pictures of what to do? which will keep my legs and abdomen and lower back real strong so when I go back to jogging I don't have to start the strenght aspect from the beginning while my aerobic will be still up there?
thanks in advance.
