My kids seem to think everything needs to be drowned in ketchup to be edible. Does anyone have a health (no/low salt, no sugar) recipe I could whip up in the Vitamix? Buying the organic stuff breaks the budget at our rate of consumption, and I worry about the high level of sodium affecting their bone building, among other things.
