Hello. I have a problem with one hamstring and I'm hoping a trainer or someone with more knowledge tahn me will chime in. I have a problem with my left hamstring. At the top where the muscle meets the hip, it cramps up and pinches nerves in my leg. Every stretch for the hamstring that I've tried is for the middle or bottom of the muscle.
This problem is worse at certain times of month.I also have a tight achilles tendon in that leg. All of this makes my leg stiff and pulls on my back and pulls me off balance when I'm walking. Very frustrating.
TTMORE has helped me so much. My leg used to be atrophied pretty badly, and now my thigh is only 1/2 in. smaller that the other and my calf is the same size. I thought that would never happen.But I would really like to rehab this muscle. When it is loose (once in a blue moon) I can walk normally.
