I'm really interested in starting the GM/MM diet, but I have a lot of questions! Mostly, I would like to know what foods are ok and not ok for GM days. I would love to hear examples of what others are eating GM days.
Is it ok to eat these on GM days:
Deli or sandwich meat
cheese (including sliced and shredded cheese, cottage cheese and cheese spreads)
dried fruit
roasted nuts
veggie dips (they have low carbs)
salad dressing
microwave meals (like Healthy Choice that have turkey and veggies for example)
salt and other spices
Also, Teresa says soups are ok, but what kinds are ok? What should I be looking for that is not ok?
Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure I do it right and it helps my body the best it can. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
