Is it alright not to be using the tapes anymore if you have the sequence of moves pretty much memorized now?
I've seen them so many times that I have the B/R & Tempo memorized, almost down to what Teresa says all the way through.
Now that I'm getting back into the swing of working out, I like to not use them and go at my own pace so I can really concentrate on form instead of trying to keep up.
Or is it better to continue using the tapes to push myself to keep on pace with Teresa and get the proper form?
