I have noticed recently that when I put my feet closer together when standing it is making my knees burn when doing klt. I am trying to make sure that I am rolling out of the hips and not just pushing the knees out. I was wondering if that is just the muscles working in the knee area or if maybe my legs are to close together and my form is not right. When doing PBS, during the arm stretches my knee area really starts that burning to where I have to kick my legs out a couple of times and then regain my form. Hopefully I am just keeping a good tight muscle but not sure!
