What does a bootcamp really do for your body?
After a long break from T-Tapp, why is it recommended that you do a 4 day bootcamp? In the literature that comes with the tapes it says that it helps your body to move to a "new physiological level"..can someone expand upon what that really means?
I've had the tapes for over 2 years, but this is something I've always wondered. I've restarted both ways--sometimes with a bootcamp and other times just jumping into EOD, I'm wondering what the real difference is in terms of long term results.
