I have come back to tapping after baby no. 3.
Got back into it much quicker this time (muscle memory perhaps) but I have a question for the gurus as I don't have any other tappers that I know about here in Sydney, Australia.
What would be the one form pointer that would be the "one" to concentrate on when you are getting back into it. I'm doing T to Tempo + HTF together about 4 times a week - give or take. I have the base fitness from my running, but I want to take it up a notch. Any suggestions?
