Hey everyone. Demeris, your energy meridian study sounds fascinating. Like something I'd like to do when I get back home. I might trouble you to send me an email of the books you are reading sometime...
Brook, I did go to sleep early last evening. Feel better this AM, but it is going to be a very hot one here today.
Beverly, kookoo, and Debora - howdy.
I figured out part of my form problem. As much as I love my Skechers, I have been compensating with my posture so I don't tip over. (Think: Flat-edged Oxfords vs. raised-jogger toe-tips and and heels of the Skechers.) So when I work on that, the workout seems to go fine 1 time through.
PBS now, then BWO+ or more later.
Turning Up the Light is a thread available to anyone who is interested in including T-Tapp daily by starting small (Some of us just started doing just PBS for 5 days and then added a new move every 5 days) in order to make this a more lasting habit. However, this approach is flexible in order to allow for us to take it a bit easier some days than others (for example, just doing PBS on off-workout days or sick days). The title of our thread come from the metaphor of a light with a dimmer switch...so we can realize that our movement "light" is always on, just turned up or down to varying degrees of brightness each day. So join in when you can, and we will all try to offer tips and questions when we can!
