Between 9am and noon today we got 4 calls that don't register on caller ID. They're obviously from a dialer because the call connects, there's a pause, then a hang-up. I went to the State Attorney General's web site and find that, "State law prohibits telemarketers from using devices to block identification information from appearing on a consumer's Caller I.D. box."

That's great, but if I don't know who they are, how can I turn them in?

I'm on the Do Not Call Registry and still I have to feel like I'm being harassed and there's nothing I can do about it. Do you have any suggestions or experience with this? I'm sure you've all had similarly frustrating experiences.
